It's all in the technology – and a great in-house team of developers, customer service specialists and designers who strive to provide the most robust digital document management system with the best customer service in the industry. V-DOCS primary Network Operations Center (NOC) is in Nova Scotia Canada. V-DOCS utilize a proprietary data center to host applications and data. The data center employs both high capacity UPS and diesel generators to ensure that the servers have adequate power during even the worst that Mother Nature can throw at us. Featuring redundant Internet connectivity, multiple firewalls and professionally designed cooling and fire suppression systems, the V-DOCS data center was built to securely house information for the long term. V-DOCS have implemented multiple shared storage devices and have virtualized the server infrastructure with VMware. The VMware products will allow failover at the server level, providing complete redundancy from the Internet to our customer’s data. Managing V-DOCS own data center ensures that all change management and information processes are handled by system administrators who operate under strict security guidelines. Each client’s management team will determine the levels of access for all staff and the V-DOCS security infrastructure team ensures no one else can access data.
