VP of Business Development V-DOCS - Melodie Stewart-Joy

Melodie is all about creating moments. Her friends will tell you, she is the one that brings a great bottle of wine and wears a tiara to vacuum the dead flies off the window ledges, in the spring, at the cottage; because it’s a moment. And life is all about moments. It’s important that you know that about her.

As part of the original V-Team, Mel identifies and implements business development activities, opportunities, and partnerships. She has coordinated marketing initiatives, and manages several client groups. Melodie has been with the company since 2003 wearing many hats. Melodie has received numerous certificates of appreciation and recognition for her outstanding contributions to business communities throughout Canada. She was recognized for these efforts when she received the Royal Bank Service Excellence Award and was named as one of Atlantic Canada's Top 50 CEO's by Atlantic Business magazine (Source: The Globe and Mail).

Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing – Matthew Brannon

Matthew began his work with V-DOCS in 2010, and has since opened up markets in North America, Europe, South America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, Australia, India, Africa and the Middle East. These initiatives have resulted in numerous pilots with major mobile operators and key strategic partnerships since V-DOCS’ soft-launch in 3rd quarter of 2010. Through extensive experience in ERP sales to the mobile operator retail channel Matthew has a deep understanding of mobile retail business processes and challenges. Matthew will be leading V-DOCS in executing sales channel development globally.  



Manager, Product Development – Colin Kennedy

Colin has proven project management, analytical, and design skills, ITILv3 certified, expertise in project and product life cycles. He has broad experience with numerous facets of information technology, security, and service delivery, and was part of the original design team for V-DOCS. But what’s really cool about Colin is his fetish with anything that flashes. His first word was “ite” (light) and ever since he has had a bit of an embarrassing or impressive, depending on your perspective, attraction to flashy lights. Every vehicle he ever owned has been outfitted with strobe lights, the more the better. Colin could sit and stare at emergency vehicles all day and in truth, we suspect that’s why he’s no longer allowed to have an office with a window…
