Halifax-based V-DOCS launched its paperless, secure and legally binding contract solution for the telecommunications sector at CTIA Wireless in San Diego in October, 2009. V-DOCS offers a way to save on paper, storage and retrieval costs, while improving customer support and environmental sustainablity. That’s more than 360,000,000 pieces of paper.

The company’s E-Vault system safeguards e-contracts more effectively than paper storage systems and is compliant with the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
